Do we anticipate and adapt early (SNIFF)
Do we scurry into action to adapt when it gets here (SCURRY)
Do we resist change with the fear of what will happen (HEM)
Do we fight to delay change but finally adapt thinking it will
bring something better (HAW)
10 TIPS TO MANAGE CHANGE
1. Recognize that change is inevitable
2. Anticipate change/regular analysis of new trends/disruptions
3. Learn new skills related to the upcoming change
4. Quiet your Limbic System
5. Maintain a positive attitude
6. Ask as many questions as possible
7. Stay connected to previous co-workers and support system
8. Look for ways to help others cope with change
9. Clarify goals, strategize, and work toward them
10.Continuous learning
