Career Highlights at Mellon Capital Management:
Business process engineering and workflow analysis
• Primary business lead on multi-year implementation of new PM system to manage over $120 Billion in assets
• Designed and implemented a virtual office environment enabling the merger of BNY and Mellon Bank’s
disparate businesses and office locations
• Primary architect and business lead on all business systems development required as part the merger
• Developed design and implementation strategy for emerging market product launch and restricted market
currency trading.
Design and specification of business requirements to technology
• Implemented automated tracking system for business users to input their requests and have them routed to
appropriate management personnel for approval or denial. Also, first within the business side to establish
tracking protocols for maintenance queues and enhancement queues, with clearly defined priority coding
allowing for inherent prioritization therein.
• Primary business analyst for all Equity portfolio management IT projects both originating within (sourced by
me or my staff) the business unit or outside (strategic projects where Equity portfolio management is
identified as a key stakeholder but not the business sponsor).
Design complex modeling utilities for all aspects of currency, derivatives and equity optimizations
• Primary business architect on design and vision for future strategies as it relates to tackling complex issues in

• Coordination and oversight of all Equity IT releases and UAT approvals for projects originating within the
business unit or from outside.
Portfolio management and strategist
• Equity investment strategist responsible for meeting with prospective clients and clients to articulate our
philosophy, process and expand the indexing business.
• Primary portfolio manager responsible for several billion dollars in assets, with signatory authority over other
portfolio managers trading as well.
