1. Letter Of Recommendation
To: Mr. Kiril Seksenov
Date: 23.05.2016
To whom it may concern,
This letter serves as my formal recommendation of Kiril Seksenov, my
former Quality Manager. I had the pleasure of meeting Kiril and partnering
with him as early as January 2014; he reported to me directly from June
2015 – May 2016. What I know about Kiril is that he is a consummate
professional, highly knowledgeable and capable, but most important is his
willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done. He is dedicated,
focused, and committed to excellence.
Kiril created and stood up the Sofia, Bulgaria Quality Program. As the
country head of the Quality Program, he was responsible to NY corporate and
local site leadership. Kiril lead the hiring and training of a staff that grew to
over 30 people, supporting more than 14 languages, 600 people across 2
sites, and well over 1000 processes. He developed and implemented
processes that were fit-for-purpose, and have enabled the company to
provide proper quality support for over 3 years and counting.
Kiril is absolutely the kind of leader and manager I prefer to work with and
support. He has his own ideas about how thing should work, but he is also
open to new ideas and can take them and turn them into real solutions. He is
always first to volunteer his services and never hesitates to collaborate and
partner to get to the right answer. He is excellent on any team, or as an
individual contributor.
Kiril has my unyielding support and I would encourage any hiring manager to
consider the significant value proposition he brings to the table. If you are
lucky enough to have the opportunity to add him to your team, I highly
recommend you take it.
Sincerely Yours,
Rachelle Dozier
