2. Cover Line
Cover Line: Information about
major articles given on the front
page of a magazine.
Things to improve upon: Ensure that
my font and colour is clear to see on
my background
3. Feature article photograph
Feature article
photograph: The
photograph used on a front
cover of a magazine to
attract attention to the
main article.
Things to improve upon:
Make sure my picture is
clearer and placed better.
4. Masthead
Masthead: The title of a
magazine or newspaper usually
placed at the top of the front
cover.
Things to improve upon: Make sure
my font and colour stands out on my
front cover. If I do not do this it could
mean that my masthead will not attract
customers and will essentially make
my magazine look better.
5. Tools
I used all of these tools to ensure that
my front cover and contents page
were looking official and stood out.
They helped me create both my
contents page and my front cover
and allowed me to carry out different
methods to get my pages how I
wanted them to look
Things to improve on: Try and use
new tools to see if they can adapt my
work into a better version. By this I
mean I want my magazine to look more
official and sophisticated so it would
sell if it was a real magazine.
