I was responsible for the overall oversight and operation of our Golden location. The center
performed at 120% to plan in regards to profit and was one of the highest rated customer
service stores in the region. Sales increased each month through customer consultation and
phone calls. These sales included both upselling and offering products as well as retail
merchandise. Other facets of the job included but were not limited to recruiting, hiring,
inventory, and scheduling.
