I would like to submit this letter of recommendation for Donna Garrett-Smith. We
are a company who purchases gold from the public in the form of in-home events.
We are based in northern Illinois.
In our attempts to grow into the Texas area, we wondered…”Who do we know in
that area that we can completely trust and is capable of getting this off the ground
there?” Donna came to mind immediately.
She has done a great job for us! She picked up very quickly on our gold testing
processes which are very involved. She has been great in training others on our
process also. It takes a gift of leadership to be able to train without giving the trainee
a feeling of inferiority. Donna does well building up and encouraging as she trains.
Donna has great organizational skills that are important in this line of work.
Figuring values of precious metals and keeping track of all the percentages that need
to be paid out is a really big deal. She does it with ease and confidence. She has also
been great in gathering together people to help support her and also a group to help
get us started in Texas by asking for their support in hosting events. It takes a
certain personality to do both of these things, Donna has it!
She is a great team leader, very organized, intelligent, quick learner, presents as a
professional and above all is extremely trusted by us; the most important of all
qualities in a business such as ours! She has been like family - you would benefit
from incorporating her into yours.
