Measures of Dispersion and Variability: Range, QD, AD and SD
Q2
1. How does your film represent
particular social groups?
Evaluation – question 2
2.
3. Social class and status is
one of the most
important aspects of the
film as it focuses on rich
people and working class
people and the difference
and conflicts in these
circumstances.
4. The Landlord is upper class, this is
portrayed by her car being an Aston
Martin DB9 and her dress sense being
made to look formal in a comical way.
This instantly creates a personality for
the audience as she is seen to be the
superior figure between the two. I
have specifically focused on the main
characters age as that is the main
point, the fact she is a young child
with this important wealthy job.
5. The Tenant is also upper
class, this is portrayed
through the size of his
house. The sexuality is a
key part as I had
stereotyped men to be
more lazy and the female
landlord to be the hard
working figure.
