Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Chanel Pardoe and I am currently studying at William Angliss institute of TAFE
obtaining my Diploma of Travel and tourism. I have many life skills that include leadership,
working with computers, public speaking and communication and excellent customer service
skills. I have a really happy, bubbly and motivated personality and with my “can do attitude”
when I put my mind to something I try my hardest to achieve my personal best, all whilst
having some fun. I am up for any challenge that is given to me and I work well with all ages.
Whilst at my current job I must display a high level of customer service, maturity and pride in
what I’m doing. I have also undertaken the Jet Set college Full Time course which allowed
me to obtain certificate III in Travel and certificate IV in travel and tourism. I am very
capable in many
Travel industry computer systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Cross Check and
Wholesale sites.
