1. Dear Sir,
I'm Lamis Essam British University graduate class 2010, Business bachelor, Marketing major.
I live in Dubai under my husband's sponsorship, I have UAE driving license and my own car, I
speak Arabic & English fluently and looking for a good opportunity to pursue my career path.
I'm currently working as a Marketing Executive in AA Charetered Accountants in Dubai. This job
is giving me good amount of exposure to the business in the region.
I have marketing, sales, management, & PR experience through running my own business in the
past and also through different non-profitable activities.
I also have supply chain experience through my work for almost 2 years in Proctor & Gamble
and attending different courses related to supply chain.
Procter and Gamble gave me the chance to learn new things and get opposed to many
scenarios. As a supply chain planner for the hair care products across MEA, I had a very good
chance to learn and get opposed to many challenges and also deal with a lot of people from
different backgrounds, close big deals, lead cost saving projects, work with suppliers worldwide
and get opposed to the business process as a whole.
I have good experience in SAP as I attended SAP School for 3 months in P&G, and after 1 year I
was qualified for the intermediate level after passing the exams.
As stated earlier, I ran my own businesses in the past which was a fast food shop, and exporting
hand made Egyptian scarves . These gave me the chance to know how to be a very quick
problem solver, how to deal with different types of people and also how to see the whole
picture of a project.
I love to explore new activities, make hand crafts, cook, travel to discover new cultures & places,
and read a lot about many things and always to be up-to-date about latest discoveries.
To conclude, through out my career I developed many skills and experiences and now I'm eager
to prove myself in any challenging position.
