Proof of constitution of business
• In case of partnership deed –partnership deed document (PDF)
• In case of other : registration certificate of the business entity (PDF)
• Photograph of promoters/ partners/karta of HUF
• Proof of authorised signatory (PDF)
• Opening page of passbook/statement containing the following
information
