• What are some things that may get in your way?
• Name some things, or even people, that you know may
try to stray you away from your path. Be completely
honest with yourself.
• Listing obstacles before you even get started is
critical because you may be able to avoid them.

Groups To Work With To
Accomplish Your Goal.
• Who will support you?
• If it is a go up goal, share it only with those you love
and trust. Only share this goal with whoever will give
you support.
• If it is a give up goal, share it with everybody.

Knowledge Required to Reach
Your Goal.
• What do you need to know?
• What do you need to learn?
• What do you already know that can help you reach
your goal?
7. 6. Develop A Plan of Action.
• Create daily “TO-DO” lists
• What will you do every day to accomplish this goal?
• Break your plan down to minutes
when possible.

it for me?
• This is your WHY!
• What are you doing this for?
• How will you measure success
or failure?
