 Old Ways: Tend to discuss new possible business
with some of my company’s friend. My ideas
turns up to be successful to other companies.
Giving them additional revenues.
 Marketing Concepts: I usually have an eye on
the Gap. Innovative products.
 Application: Make sure that I will be the one to
benefit on my ideas.
 Old Ways: I easily get upset on harsh customers.
 Marketing Concept: One of the 3Cs –
Customers.Will result in Repeat Sale. More piece
of the pie.
 Application: I need to be more conscious with
their requirements than the attitude of the
customers. Probably I am also like them with my
suppliers?
 Old Ways: I easily react to criticisms

Perception
 Application: Never react easily.Try to
understand every comments on my
management style.Try to avoid confrontations
as much as possible.
 Old Ways: I have a tendency to automatically
reply to email without really absorbing the
contents.
 Marketing Concept: Interactive Marketing,
Personal Branding
 Application: What I write in the email is a
reflection of my self. So I need to be careful next
time I reply to emails.
 Old Ways: I don’t understand why some
people bring their bad mood in the office.
 Marketing Concept: Segmentation,
understand the market
 Application: Small number exist in the office
anyway.Why bother? I will be more focus on
the job itself not on the person.
 Old Ways: I usually carry the stress when I
commit mistakes on something. It just doesn’t
easily get out of my system.
 Marketing Concept: Innovate,
 Application: I must move on with mistakes.
Anyway, people who don’t commit mistakes are
usually the one who cannot make decisions.
Need to learn from the errors and re-invent
myself.
 Old Ways: Stopped running because of injuries.
 Marketing Concept: Branding
 Application: My personal branding is health.
Because I used my body do the everyday job in
our company. I just need to start running again
to improve not only my physical but also my
mental and emotional health because running is
one of the best exercise.
 Old Ways: Never ending debate with my kids on
anything; that’s the way we do in the house.
Sometimes I just walk out of the house.
 Marketing Concept: Change
 Application: I must keep an open mind in
handling my kids. Sometimes I need to consider
what’s in their mind and try if their ideas will
work.
 Old Ways: Just happy to know that I’m
studying at AGSB.

 Application: Believe in the Ateneo brand of
culture.
 Old Ways: I don’t usually say to anyone that
I’m studying my MBA at AGSB.
 Marketing Concept: Direct Marketing
 Application: Be a proud Ateneans and spread

  • 7.  Old Ways: Tend to discuss new possible business with some of my company’s friend. My ideas turns up to be successful to other companies. Giving them additional revenues.  Marketing Concepts: I usually have an eye on the Gap. Innovative products.  Application: Make sure that I will be the one to benefit on my ideas.
  • 8.  Old Ways: I easily get upset on harsh customers.  Marketing Concept: One of the 3Cs – Customers.Will result in Repeat Sale. More piece of the pie.  Application: I need to be more conscious with their requirements than the attitude of the customers. Probably I am also like them with my suppliers?
  • 9.  Old Ways: I easily react to criticisms  Marketing Concept: Maslow - Social need, Perception  Application: Never react easily.Try to understand every comments on my management style.Try to avoid confrontations as much as possible.
  • 10.  Old Ways: I have a tendency to automatically reply to email without really absorbing the contents.  Marketing Concept: Interactive Marketing, Personal Branding  Application: What I write in the email is a reflection of my self. So I need to be careful next time I reply to emails.
  • 11.  Old Ways: I don’t understand why some people bring their bad mood in the office.  Marketing Concept: Segmentation, understand the market  Application: Small number exist in the office anyway.Why bother? I will be more focus on the job itself not on the person.
  • 12.  Old Ways: I usually carry the stress when I commit mistakes on something. It just doesn’t easily get out of my system.  Marketing Concept: Innovate,  Application: I must move on with mistakes. Anyway, people who don’t commit mistakes are usually the one who cannot make decisions. Need to learn from the errors and re-invent myself.
  • 13.  Old Ways: Stopped running because of injuries.  Marketing Concept: Branding  Application: My personal branding is health. Because I used my body do the everyday job in our company. I just need to start running again to improve not only my physical but also my mental and emotional health because running is one of the best exercise.
  • 14.  Old Ways: Never ending debate with my kids on anything; that’s the way we do in the house. Sometimes I just walk out of the house.  Marketing Concept: Change  Application: I must keep an open mind in handling my kids. Sometimes I need to consider what’s in their mind and try if their ideas will work.
