1. Helpers for Graduation information email
Front of House information
People:
 Krystal D’Anjou
 Nathan Wellum

What their role includes:
 Register guest at reception, which is one sheet per FOH staff
 Wear Black, Global Academy badge
 Willing to help anyone and show them directions
 Once you have register guest you will become runners which includes setting up the
food and drinks, then serving the guests
Sample email:
Hi,
You have been selected to be part of the Front of House Team for the Year 13 Graduation. The
event is on Monday 17th
June and starts at 5:30 and will take place at the Academy. You will be
needed at school from 4:30, and if you are glad to help during the day please let me know. We
will have a briefing next week Thursday going over your roles more in detail.

Tech Team Information
People:
 Nico Ferrari – Lighting
 Arrow Uckuzular – Sound engineer
 James Finch – Lighting
 Charlie Chamberlin - Camera
What their roles include:
 Work with the tech team Luke and Renars to make sure that the sound and lighting run
smoothly
 There will be a sound enginner and two lighting assistants
 Run through tech rehearsals earlier in the day with the tech team
 Once the event is finished will help with food and drinks

Runners Information
People:
 Kira Hedger
What their roles include:
 You will help prepare the venue before the guest arrive
 Help look over food and drinks being offered at the event; e.g: pour drinks, take out
napkins and plates
 Help solve any last-minute problems, or altercations
