To whom it may concern Caroline Brown was employed by XMI Design from January 2002 to August 2004
in the following roles.
PA & Receptionist: January 2002 – Aug 2003
Junior Account Executive: Aug 2003 – Apr 2004
Caroline was initially employed as a receptionist and as my personal assistant. From the beginning
Caroline was always attentive and eager to learn. In her role as receptionist Caroline was liked by our
staff, suppliers and clients with whom she was in constant contact. Her effervescent personality was ideal
for that position. As my Personal Assistant Caroline was always totally reliable.
As a result of Caroline's enthusiasm and hard work we offered her an opportunity to move into the Client
Service area of the business as a Junior Account Executive. Unfortunately Caroline's career development
with XMI came to an end before she was able to fulfil her true potential as we had to reduce our staff
numbers having lost a key account.
