The more experience in one has in teaching, the

Part time teachers tend to be paid hourly than full
time.

Most people move on to voluntary jobs i.e. primary
school aid, if they have more than 20 years' experience

Voluntary Special aid teachers are an important aspect
of primary school education. For they offer their
resources to children who fall behind in school or to
children who have disabilities.
Student teachers may opt for unpaid internships to gain
experience and build confidence in the workforce.
