 School Name
New Life Center Organization School ( NLCO ).
 School Background
Since 2010 New life Center Organization School ( NLCO ) had been operating as an
orphanage in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We are an audited non-government, Non-political,
Non-profit Organization and officially registered charity with Royal Cambodia
Government ( registered number 048 ).
In present, our orphanage provide shelter, nutritious food, health-care, high educational
opportunities and above all, a living home for 25 children who came from backgrounds
of extreme poverty and deprivation. It really is a special place, one of home, aspiration
and kindness.
As education is bedrock to sustainable change all our children attend lesson in dedicate
classrooms at our orphanage. As well strive towards self-sufficiency we have leased
farmland provide food to our orphanage and local communities.
We offer practical support to empower local communities at the grassroots level through
our indigent family support program.
For less than $1 per day you can sponsor one of our orphans. Your involvement will
bring personal satisfaction and make a huge and change lasting to a child’s life.

NLCO is building for all student futures and getting better life. Improved the student
education qualities, knowledge standard, strength motivate as themselves, good skills for
performance in study for dreaming future bright.

NLCO works to combat the dilemmas of illiteracy and poverty among vulnerable to
street children, orphanage, children offering from HIV/AIDS and disable. We improve
the livelihood of impoverished families through our indigent family support programs.
We strive to releases suffering children from the lives of danger, deprivation and
exploitation by provide them to a safe and loving home. We want to create an
environment where they can gain social values, learn and prepare themselves for a
responsible adult life.
All lives are equal value and the children are the right to enjoyable childhood. Those who
have nothing and no one must be threated respect.

and scholarly manner, work and help our society and nations’ economic.
Each student has professional skills as personal skill and capable to apply their jobs, high
salary, doing business, to perform their successfully career and become a better life and

A personal value is excellent for relative and ethical value the assumption of which can
be the basic of ethical action. A value system is a set of consistent value and measures. A
principle value is the foundation upon which other values and measure of integrity are
basic. Individual cultures emphasize value which their members broadly share. One can
identify values of society by noting which people received honor or respect and all
employees have to respect to each other and they do not have bad behavior in their
learning in the classes and obey their professor when they work for NLCO, so in this
believe all of employees all policies and they will share idea to each other.

 Greatest in workload of head teacher.
 During probation salary start from $100 after three months $150 per month.
 Have to warmest to the students in the class
 Teachers have to prepare lesson plans or guidelines to students to become a good
conceptual or intelligent.
 Teachers must be had University degree or are studying in two years related major.
 Teachers have to correct previous and homework to the students on the class.
 Teachers’ workload problematic and monthly reports.

 All students have to come 15 minutes before class starting.
 All students have to ware school uniform.
 All students have to come and stand in front their class and sing nation songs.
 No gambling in the class and no cheating or steal school materials.
 All students have to come in or take attendance 15 minutes in examination day.
 All students must have high ethical, moral and good behavior in class.
 All students have to complete their homework and summit on time or dateline.
 All students have to ask their teacher for attendance or sign by their own self.
 The student who has absence five time have to call their parents to talk and find a issue.
 Every student has to following the school schedule.
 All students have to complete 50 % percent pass.
 If the students have more than 15 absences he must reduplicate.
 All absences or busies, the students have to come in the office for a paper of application
form.

Task for teaching staff
 Must have bachelor degree or other quality certificate.
 Studying in the University in the same fields.
 Teachers must to have 18 to 50 years old.
 At least two years teaching experiences.
 Willingness hardworking, honest, patience.
 Good health, loving and working with the children.
 Good computer skills at MS (word, excel, power point, and others).
 Good attitude and open mind, support to learn new things, development.
 Good English for teaching, speaking, writing, and reading.

Task for women staff
 Graduated from high school or any certificate quality.
 Age between 18 to 45 years old.
 Working experience assistance at least two years.
 Good attitude, honest, and learn from other people to develop.
 Good health and love for working with children.
 Willingness, hardworking, and friendly.
 Responsibility in own position and look after, and check in, check out student.
 Have development ideas and vision.
Task of security staff
 Graduated from high school or any certification quality.
 Age between 18 to 45 years old.
 Work experience as the security at least six months.
 Must be had responsible in position and parking controller.
 Good attitude, honest, and learn from the other people.
 Good health, hardworking, and friendly.
 Loving for work with children.
 Responsibility for school transportation, and check in, check out student.
 High ethical, good communication, behavior.
 Work controlling
 Request all the staffs for a meeting will be organised every week or month.
 For teaching staff report or record problem about student.
 All request staffs have to check from administrative officer and approved by director.
 Managers of education have to check teaching class every day in teaching.
 All teachers have to send documentaries or report to education manager and to check
report.
 Teacher have to feedback home work to students when finish the scores.
 Teachers have to have lesson plan before teaching and hand out.
 Teachers have to solve students’ problem and help students counseling.
 The school record data and send voce director.
 All employees have to meeting two times per years.
 All the staffs have to bring all problems to Human resource for discussing and consultant
with director.
 Manager of education have to training staff monthly.

We are going with ministry of education and young to develop human resources in
Cambodia, NLCO have to become the best standard and high quality of education
in Cambodia and Asia. On the other hand we will provide all students to highest
quality education, moral, and ethical. Especially our program will offer
scholarships for the student that have intelligent and the high score in our school.
 Environment and Challenging
Many countries struggle with the consequence of unsustainable growth program
effect the climate, people and nature resource, local authorities with the low
education now, but we will try to challenge with the environment around us
because it is very importance to our society. Especially our school challenging in
the Asian area and provide the students with the international students.

Kingdom of Cambodia Nation Religion King     SCHOOL PROJECT EDUCATION INSTITUTION FRAMWORK  School Name New Life Center Organization School ( NLCO ).  School Background Since 2010 New life Center Organization School ( NLCO ) had been operating as an orphanage in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We are an audited non-government, Non-political, Non-profit Organization and officially registered charity with Royal Cambodia Government ( registered number 048 ). In present, our orphanage provide shelter, nutritious food, health-care, high educational opportunities and above all, a living home for 25 children who came from backgrounds of extreme poverty and deprivation. It really is a special place, one of home, aspiration and kindness. As education is bedrock to sustainable change all our children attend lesson in dedicate classrooms at our orphanage. As well strive towards self-sufficiency we have leased farmland provide food to our orphanage and local communities. We offer practical support to empower local communities at the grassroots level through our indigent family support program. For less than $1 per day you can sponsor one of our orphans. Your involvement will bring personal satisfaction and make a huge and change lasting to a child’s life.  Vision NLCO is building for all student futures and getting better life. NLCO works to combat the dilemmas of illiteracy and poverty among vulnerable to street children, orphanage, children offering from HIV/AIDS and disable. We improve the livelihood of impoverished families through our indigent family support programs. We strive to releases suffering children from the lives of danger, deprivation and exploitation by provide them to a safe and loving home. We want to create an environment where they can gain social values, learn and prepare themselves for a responsible adult life. All lives are equal value and the children are the right to enjoyable childhood. Task of security staff  Graduated from high school or any certification quality.  Age between 18 to 45 years old.  Work experience as the security at least six months.  Must be had responsible in position and parking controller.  Good attitude, honest, and learn from the other people.  Good health, hardworking, and friendly.  Loving for work with children.  Responsibility for school transportation, and check in, check out student.  High ethical, good communication, behavior.  Work controlling  Request all the staffs for a meeting will be organised every week or month.  For teaching staff report or record problem about student.  All request staffs have to check from administrative officer and approved by director.  Managers of education have to check teaching class every day in teaching.  All teachers have to send documentaries or report to education manager and to check report.  Teacher have to feedback home work to students when finish the scores.  Teachers have to have lesson plan before teaching and hand out.  Teachers have to solve students’ problem and help students counseling.  The school record data and send voce director.  All employees have to meeting two times per years.  All the staffs have to bring all problems to Human resource for discussing and consultant with director.  Manager of education have to training staff monthly.
