2. How to Fix Ugly 505 and 520 Fields
Watch out for fields with an 8 in the indicator, this can mean machine‐
generated notes, which are prone to errors
Copy and paste text into Notepad (or other .txt file editor) to remove
formatting
Use Change Case in Word to fix ALL CAPS
