2. Moodboard My Moodboard mainly consists of magazines that aren’t very mainstream. I like these kind of magazines as they have bold uses of colour and sans serif fonts which is what I plan to use with my own final Music Magazine Cover design. Kerrang, Q and NME Magazine are all very bright in colour and alternative in styles. I like these covers mainly for the Cover stories and main article pictures as the bands are doing odd poses and making the magazines look very interesting. I like Clash Magazine mainly for their uses of fonts and colour. Their magazine style is very traditional in the way that it’s set out and I think it works very well. Mojo Magazine is very contemporary and also has a very traditional style. I like their covers mainly for their simplicity and for the artists they use on the covers. I have picked these magazines as I believe they would appeal to Young-Adults or students. I think this due to the bright eye-catching colours and ‘trendy’ articles about mainstream bands
