The construction industry is not widely perceived as offering an environment
that nurtures creativity, and yet this survey has not only shown that there is a
huge volume, and quality, of ideas within the industry but also that innovation
is regarded by many as crucial to the future of the industry.
Construction is a unique environment and by definition is a creative industry.
No single project is the same as another and that diversity breeds innovation
and innovative problem solving at the practical level

25. Presentation is FMCW Radar as opposed to the more traditional Phase
radar. It has been trialled successfully in the Antarctic with mm precision
down to a depth of 2Km.

• 20 minute presentation including a video.
• Overview of the project will then run through the radar itself
Workshop
• We will then split into six groups of eight to run the Radar Corporation
O Teams will be set some objectives, appoint a CEO, and name their company
O At the end the teams CEO will present in 60 seconds their findings
