The advice so far… • Bring everyone on the journey • Picture of engagement with site operatives – share everything • Customer driven step change approach • Cannot be done in isolation of infrastructure delivery organisations or asset owners • Pilot Projects • Real experience in controlled construction environment • Regulator Engagement • CAA should have the first and last say
