2. WP7: Management
Managment Group (MG): It is empowered to make decisions relating to research programme,
training, works schedule, reports, contractual matters, partner budgets and payments, and Plan
of Use and Dissemination of the Foreground (PUDF, which includes IPR among other aspects).
Coordination (C): will look after the day-to-day management of the programme, will host and
manage the project website, reports and will organize all management meetings and events.
Project Manager (PM): will be the responsible of this task. PM will report MG every 3 months
about project progress and should be weekly in contact with MG, TM and SB and daily with
Coordinator in order to detect any potential risk or deviations and provide possible solutions.
Scientifc Board (SC): Responsible for ensuring that the scientific development and general
progress remains on schedule and is well coordinated. The most critical aspects of the focus
and Board will follow them strictly, in case any milestone/deliverable deviates from expected it
will be immediately communicated and discussed. It will be also focused on fellow progress and
implication.
Research Coordinator (RC): coordinates the scientific management of clinical aspects of the
project, and assists the Coordinator in matching scientific aspects from the industrial and
academic partners
Task Managers (TM): Scientists in Charge (SC) and/or responsibles of each WP, with free
access to Management group. Advisory role for recruitments/ secondments in their WP.
