C.H.I.L.L. The Violence Music Festival
(Creating Hope I Love Life)
Event Overview
Mission Statement
To implement a fun annual community event to better protect residence, help get harmful
weapons, ammunition and other harmful tools off the streets in our community,
increasing the safety awareness in our neighborhoods through this positive social outlet
with live music as entertainment, with special celebrity guest appearances, community
leaders as well as victims speaking to help encourage people of all ages, genders and
races to increase the peace to help make our Wisconsin streets the safest place in America
to live in one day at a time!
Introduction
Crime and violence are extremely prevalent in society today in communities across the
country and around the world. Thousands of families have suffered the loss of a loved
one due to tragic gun and weapon violence. Having lost countless friends and family
members myself, I know firsthand how painful gun violence really is to a family and
community.
Today, it is so sad that Military veterans and senior citizens are being targeted also in
suburban and urban areas, it is obvious that a monumental event and safety program
needs to be implemented to stop these senseless murders. It is time for all communities
to please stop think and just “C.H.I.L.L” before acting out by taking an innocent life out
of anger, depression or aggression.
The Purpose
Saving lives consistently is the plan and focal point with this annual major event.
C.H.I.L.L. Music Festival Contributions
The C.H.I.L.L. Program will donate a sizeable portion of proceeds from this event to do
the following:
A.) Buy back and destroy ammunition, and weapons from participants with gift cards
or cash.
B.) Help law enforcement, residents and block watch captains purchase new side
street surveillance cameras.
C.) Help law enforcement purchase more Shot Spotters for high crime areas
D.) Support a new Milwaukee Public Safety “Tactical Camera Observation Unit” at
supporting local Milwaukee Police Department precincts.
E.) Purchase noticeable C.H.I.L.L. street signs as alerts to drivers of surveillance
cameras, and to caution speeders to slow down on side streets to avoid accidents
of children playing in the street.
F.) Help place light poles in dark areas to avoid acts of rape, theft etc.
2
G.) Help families affected by gun violence who can’t afford burial costs, or a head
stone for loved ones.
Why?
Statistics show that many children and adults are easily influenced by negative living
arrangements, poverty, subliminal messages that glorify violence through media outlets
such as television, You Tube, radio, and certain genres of music.
By protecting residents with surveillance cameras, and getting bullets and other
dangerous weapons off the streets, our foundations research and personal experience
suggests that this action will help increase our chances of keeping weapons out of the
hands of teens and adults, decreasing the occurrence of crime and improving safety in our
community.
Enlisting the help from supporting sponsors, local artists along with mainstream music
Moguls & Legends, in various genres united within our professional network, we plan to
spread the word about this life saving and changing pilot community safety program and
event on a local and even nationwide level. This is why we truly need your help to kick
start this initiative.
Event Needs
We need sponsors to help us cover costs for grant writing, public relations support, venue
space, event security, promotions, marketing, radio advertising costs, general operating
expenses, sound, lighting engineers and special live performance guests.

compilation CD’s, featuring local talent and national recording artist will be available for
purchase at the event to also help raise funds for administrative duties and safety
initiatives.
Why?
The C.H.I.L.L. Music Festival event is the place where fans can come together under one
roof and celebrate life and unity, for the purpose of saving innocent lives, and to help
strengthen their blocks while bringing the masses back to the basics that are often
forgotten about such as love, peace, and understanding in order to help re-shape the
future starting with protecting each other as a unified family or neighborhood should.
Guests, Entertainment & Multi-Media Support
We are inviting and encouraging local radio and television personalities, CEO’s,
Lawyers, ministers, community leaders, celebrities from all genres of music, sports
teams, entertainment executives, humanitarians, and political figures that are willing to
attend, lend their voice and resources, to help us spread the word within their own
professional networks as well.
Public Safety, Buy Back Prices & Disposal Information
The C.H.I.L.L. program will buy back weapons at a rate of $0.25 to $1.00 cent per bullet
depending on size. Same for guns, knives and assault weapons. Participants will be
allowed to anonymously surrender their bullets, and weapons, without having to provide
any detailed information that might otherwise deter them from doing so.
There will be proper surveillance and security in place to ensure the safety of everyone
involved.
Step By Step Bullet Disposal Process & Procedures
1. The bullets, purchased will be turned in to police officers, destroyed by our
supporting disposal personnel to make sure they do not resurface on our streets.
2. Bullets will then be melted down and placed into molds designed by youth in our
public school system and adult artists with the help of volunteer blacksmiths in
the community.
3. Bullets can be melted down for plaques for names on park benches, necklace
charms and sold along with other items in remembrance of the soldiers who lost
their lives fighting for our country, and those that were killed by guns and other
weapons to help increase peace awareness.
4. With event progress special street lanterns with C.H.I.L.L. Blue life bulbs as seen
on Fox 6 TV or eco-friendly solar panels can be placed in high crime areas, and
more crime prevention signs to help defuse the stigma of a bad neighborhood.
4
The Conclusion
The C.H.I.L.L. The Violence Music Festival initiative is worth much more than money, it
is a method of saving innocent lives.
Now is the time to execute a plan of this magnitude to encourage positive results and
lower the occurrence of violence, and with the technology that is available to make our
neighborhoods safer today there should be no reason why citizens especially young
children, should feel the need to carry weapons to protect themselves.
However in many case this is simply because their community may lack the funding for
police protection or heightened security measures.
We are simply exchanging money for forward progress through entertainment! With
more bullets and guns off our streets and not easily accessible to children, teens and
convicted felons we hope to improve the odds of survival for all hardworking citizens.
Branding
Our ultimate branding goal is for this event to become not only a household name for
being a stellar event, but also a lifesaving event for many years to come.
We would like this event to be referred to also as an evening of “Great Live
Entertainment, Peace, Unity, Food, Fun & Fond Memories” and as long as we have faith
to start, this alone will open a lot of doors for positive change, help us fight the spreading
community epidemic which is crime and murder today. Let’s move expeditiously before
another life is taken because of a lack of action.
