Structure
3 TRAINING LEVELS consisting of 12 MODULES each (one module per month).
Each MODULE is dedicated to a specific topic and comprises 3 SHORT LESSONS
(about 4-6 minutes).
Each LESSON is composed of a VIDEO, a corresponding textual version
(alternative to the video), an in-depth companion piece, and a multiple-choice
learning TEST.
A set of 3 MODULES constitutes a BLOCK, which finishes with a new multiple-
choice evaluation TEST.
The TEST results drive individual GAMIFICATION, with cups and medals awarded,
as well as COMPETITION at the TEAM level.
Users can download their PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES showing their status in
the overall curriculum.
The user, the TEAM manager and the SUPERVISOR access the DASHBOARD
where they can access reports according to their role.
