2. The use of color and lighting in this shot creates tension and focuses the
audiences attention.The color comparison between the use of red and blue
also seems to be used to draw the attention of the viewer on the depth of
field. Also through the use of the color red on the carpet and the elevators
the audience is made to feel tense and scared for the character as the colour
red convey’s danger and a quite tense atmosphere. This therefore puts the
audience in a poistion where are scared for the character and see the
characters vulnerability.
