order to guest receiving order.
• Achievable: Hit the speed of service goal 95% of the
time.’
• Relevant: Drive positive guest experience and a
competitive advantage.

• Achievable: 100%
• Relevant: Allows guests to know we are top tier when
handling and serving food.
