Responsibilities
Worked in a variety of classroom with children ages 6 weeks - 5 years prior to being placed into my
own room with 1 year olds. Maintain up-to-date medical training, including First Aid and CPR.
Compile records for each individual child which include developmental observations, notes
regarding parent conferences, medical forms, and other required documentation. Compose bi-
weekly lesson plans and carry out activities on a daily basis. Perform routine tasks following step-by-
step instruction. Promote and model safety, fitness, and health regularly. Establish a home-like
environment which promotes positive interactions with other children and adults. Provide parents
with bi-monthly questionnaires as well as yearly conferences to monitor their child's development
and goals. Assist in achieving and maintaining DoD certification and national accreditation.
Sample of Achievements
Maintained exemplary marks on regular evaluations. Recommended and approved for "On the Spot
Cash Reward." Received multiple certificates in recognition of my work as a caregiver.
