 Accepts and tracks all inquiries and enrollments from consumers requesting ELC information.
 Facilitate ELC tours and enrollments.
 Obtains all demographic, enrollment and billing information from consumer.
 Identify current trends and provider needs.
 Communicate overlapping needs, conflicts and coverage needs to Program Coordinator.
 Assume responsibility in partnership with the "team" in identifying and eliminating recruitment and
enrollment barriers to service.
 Maintain referrals and training information on database.
 Maintain inventory log of the Lending Library resources and materials.
 Maintain and order supplies, file and other clerical duties as assigned.
 Help provide children with an educational environment that is safe, sanitary and nurturing.
