About

As the assistant executive director of education I have the greatest opportunity to give the children and their families the best opportunities to live the best life they can live. I have been able to build the program to capacity, expand to serve more children who need a bit more of a supportive educational environment by implementing PBIS(positive behavior intervention supports). The staff has grown and are gaining the knowledge to be the best they can be. By supporting and trying the staff they are becoming more confident in their natural abilities as educators. In addition, reducing a deficit by insuring the program is run with efficiency and accuracy.
