To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Brian Thiel. I have known Brian for three
years of his academic career at The University of Findlay. Brian has been a student in
two classes that I instruct at the university.
Brian proved himself to be a good student during his time in the classroom with me. He
exhibited great interest in the field of s1rengthand conditioning and often communicated
with me asking questions and inquiring about where he could locate information to
increase his knowledge.
Brian completed a training project for one of the courses I teach. He served as a student
personal trainer for a faculty / staff member completing a fitness test, goal setting,
program design and assistance during exercise sessions. Brian designed an effective
program that assisted his faculty / staff client to achieve their goals. Brian received high
marks from his faculty / staff client in regard to knowledge in the area of fitness testing,
assistance with goals and program design. He also received high marks in regard to his
ability to direct an exercise session and his professional conduct during sessions.
Brian had an excellent attendance record during the courses I taught. This indicated to
me that Brian is responsible, dependable and eager to learn. I believe he will continue to
possess these qualities in his personal and professional life and enjoy great success.
Brian would be an asset to any organization, and I am happy to give him my
endorsement.
Sincerely,
