2) Used the interview responses to create an empathy map, documenting what the individual says, does, thinks, and feels regarding their experience in the program.
3) Crafted a problem statement focusing on understanding the main motivator behind the individual's transition from work to school, as they want to focus on skills that add value to their career.

analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.

population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a

these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
