Why use a mini book?
• Mini books are easy to use.
• It is another way of note taking.
• The information that is in a mini book can be use as a study guide.
• The mini book can also be used as an assessment.
How can I implement it?
• The students can fill out their mini book after the lecture or they can fill it
out during the lesson. (Students can use notes, dictionary, computer or any
technology device, and text book to fill it out).
• Students can fill out their mini book during centers.
• Students can decorate the front cover with symbols and pictures that relate
to the title of the mini book.
• The students can use color pens to fill out their mini book.
