I was stationed in Germany as a Helpdesk technician where I supported 600 users. I was then
deployed to Afghanistan where I was Team Lead over 6 help desk technicians. I maintained our
network and configured and set up Cisco router and switches. I also assisted the network admin
with Active directory and Exchange administration supporting several other locations. I was
then stationed in Bliss Texas as a Help Desk Technician where supported 1200 users.
