As a Field Coordinator my duties are to follow all safety precautions prior to the client’s request, in addition to direct-
ing all moving machinery on location. I am responsible for figuring out how much sand per sand prop is required for
location as well as scheduling deliveries and maintaining them with operations to assure very little to no demerge.
Once the deliveries have arrived I then guide the driver to the chief; hooking up and to the proper compartment. In-
suring that all drivers are not mix contamination sand, tipping a chief or hitting a chief.

As a General Manager my daily responsibilities involved: scheduling, profit and loss management, and cost control. As
well as managed accounts payable/receivable. In addition to budgeting Incoming/Outgoing finances, maintaining and
staffing an adequate schedule; which includes training and hiring of all staff members and management. Oversaw: or-
dering food, general supplies, truck orders, and took care of organizing as well as building catering orders. I also con-
ducted community wide events and involvements, along with grass-roots marketing.

As shift lead and Manager I conducted pre-shifts, trained servers, cocktail waitress and bartenders. I also checked out
severs from their daily cleaning duties in addition to counting down the drawers after every shift and at the end of the
night. I also a quarried excellent customer service skills as well as learning to maintaining a heavy workload under
substantial amount of pressure. While employed with this company I also learned and worked very frequently with
Microsoft word and excel.
