EXPERIENCE:
I was hired and trained as a Montgomery County Bus Operator in February 2013. I have served as a
Montgomery County Ride-On bus operator since. On 3 November 2014 I started working at the Ride on
training facility under the Pace program. Since then I have been involved in the daily operations of
training. I have already gained valuable experiences in preparing new drivers for the MVA CDL exam, to
include daily monitoring and observing and coaching of new trainees in the safe operation of Ride On
buses as well as classroom lectures. I’ve been directly involved in reinforcing safe work methods, as well
as tracking and monitoring the progress in the new driver training on the various Ride-On bus routes in
Montgomery County.
KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in evaluation of training programs and trainees
Experience with the Federal Commercial Licensing requirements for bus operators for issuance of CDL
My duties at Ride On training have included recommending either a pass or fail in route training, in
training on the skills track, in preparation for the CDL test at the MD MVA,in recommending discipline
actions regarding service problems, discipline recommendations regarding a safe and productive work
environment.
Experience in classroom and field instruction methods
