KONAKLISPOR

The project Konaklispor is a unique thing in Turkish football environment. The
objective of Konaklispor academy is to bring all talents thanks to our scouting
from Europe and Turkey under one roof, including an excellent school
education and professional football training. All of these will be performed
under the management of highly qualified/experienced coaches and teachers.
The players will be accompanied from the moment they arrive until their 18th
year.
The intention is that the players are having the full formation at Konaklıspor
and then continue in a professional European club.
It is possible that a very talented player of 16 years or younger already sent to a
professional European club.
Trough professional collaboration with top European clubs, any highly talented
player younger than 18 years will also be transferred to one of these clubs
under the meticulous monitoring by Konaklıspor.
The club will get a lot of attention from the media all over Europe.
However, the youth academy will be managed in a European professional way.
All the projects participants will be working professionally in order to obtain
the best possible result.
Our project will and must be funded for at least 5 years.

4. WHAT IS
NEEDED?
▪ Project for at least 3 to 5 years

* Location; Stadium Konaklispor and 2 good training fields
* Trainers; 4 field trainers plus 2 Turkish trainers
* Education: From 6 years to 18 years of youth plus 1st team
* Complete youth plan (is available via Jan van Staa)
* Collaboration with an international school for an
excellent youth education
* Collaboration with a professional European football club

5. WHAT IS
NEEDED ?
* Partnership with good physiotherapy institution
* Partnership with a hospital eg Baskent in Alanya via
Marcel
* Possibly an Apart hotel to accommodate the players
should they come from another country.
* Accommodation for trainers possibly also in the Apart
hotel
* Players from abroad with a double passport eg Dutch
Turkish etc.
* Talented youth players starting from Alanya region

1. Possibilities to exploit the stadium by letting out for
open-air concerts and festivals. Also revenues from
restaurants and cafes in the stadium run by third
parties, i.e. Karikatür Cafe, Coffee Shot Point
2. Konakli has 93 hotels spacious and 100,000 beds
at its disposal and you can only reach them in one
way. You always have to drive passing trough the
stadium.
3. Konaklı has 500,000 tourists per year.
4. The infrastructure is excellent, the stadium is 300
meters from the highway and there is ample
parking.
5. For foreign players with a double passport, an
excellent school education will be provided which
is linked to the football academy. The costs per 10
months are € 6.000 however a normal package
price of school and football academy varies from
€ 15.500 to € 17.500 elsewhere in Europe.
6. The academy will start paying money back to
investors from the 3rd year.
7. Through our contacts at home and abroad, there
are countless possibilities to transfer players to the
various professional clubs within Turkey & Europe.
EXPECTATIONS

7. 1. Setting up a club and Academy therefore required
time and energy for minimum 3-5 years.
2. To be successful with a first team is not a problem
when you can get the best players, but it is
precisely to train and develop the players that are
still achievable.
3. Trainers, guidance, medical services,
accomodation have to be top level in order to
develop these players.
4. Working ahead for six months is a must to start
well.
5. Approaching players, scouting, accommodation,
clothing, staffing must be well organized as in a
professional European club.
6. Presence and the publicity in the media&TV!
MAIN POINTS OF PROJECT

8. 1.
The objective is to work with the 1st team at
the highest possible level to gain experience
for the players from the academy, therefor to
resell players to the top level clubs so that the
project generates good profit for the investors.
2.
In the beginning at least for the first 3 years,
investor has to finance the project.
Nonetheless, thanks to the vast experience
and efficient management of the Project Board
the return on investment process might start
before the 3rd year.

To manage all in the right direction, number of things are needed.
Head of administration- and do not forget to trust someone on the spot to manage
everything according to the existing planning.
So, set up all as soon as possible to start next season, do not waste time! First start with
age groups of 14-18. For the 9 year old players football school to develop at a later stage.
Vision ans missionnstatements will be performed fully to have a great success
according to the projection! So, all ready to get started! Put your name on the Academy
think of commercial interests, press & TV, clothes sales! Needless to say that this will
give a trendsetting huge boost for football market in Turkey therefore many sponsors will
follow.
