AC Milan has a long history and tradition, having won numerous domestic and European titles since being founded in 1899. Their youth academy has produced stars like Maldini, Baresi, and Costacurta. The academy is structured with teams from the Pulcini to Allievi levels, training at Milanello and Vismara. Coaching focuses heavily on technique and tactics. The Primavera team mirrors the first team's style and competes in a national league and cup. While Milan has strong facilities and heritage, their youth games program and reluctance to spend on youth could be improved to counter competition from local rivals Inter.

Unlike any other program around, the SoccerSkillz Training winter development – futsal program is completely unique.
The program consists of two parts.
One Hour Development of ball fundamentals as well as passing and moving concepts.
One Hour Futsal small sided games, 3v3 and 5v5.
All training is done on a futsal hard floor environment. NO TURF. Because the hard floor surface is faster it makes it
more challenging for players to maintain control of the ball, therefore when they return on the grass surface it is easier
to maintain control of the ball. Because of the hard surface, the speed of the game is also faster, forcing the players into
making quicker decisions therefore developing their reading of the game and situations presented
