This was my concept and finalised ideas for my Record Label B A O.

1. Record Label Ideas:
To help identity my record company I created my own record label
and its design is really to show off how it is an indie company and can
pick up on the fact that its based around the alternative genre.
Above are some alternative Indie record labels including “XL
Recording” and “Mom+Pop”. I have taken into account the design of
these for my own design.

2. Dissatisfied:
The ones above were the ones I chose to put on my treatment sheet
however I feel as though it doesn’t have the type of Image I want for
my label to I went to the website “Dafont”. If offered a far wider rage
of interesting fonts that I cloud use for both the record label and the
name for my artist.
The following are some examples of the fonts I think would better
suit my labels “image”.

3. The one I ultimately chose was the “Shut’Em Down” font. I felt as this
style best represented the brand identity that I want for my label. It
contains both rock and alternative elements that I can be picked up in
this image. The image itself looks dramatic and eye catching and I
find it to be definitely memorable.

B A O pronounced (B-ow) is an anagram for Beats And Order. B A O
is a alternative record label founded in 2014. Its first artist “Mortal”
is currently in production of their first music video and début single,
“Still Here”.
