One of Atlanta's largest suppliers of residential doors had a need for a social
media campaign that would increase social media visibility, reach key
audiences and improve SEO rankings.
With a few Google searches the issue became clear, their lack of social media
was the cause of their low SEO ranking. The inconsistent branding, and
irrelevant content hindered the client from producing the results they were in
search of.
Using social media as a marketing tool is highly valuable, but it can offer even
more value when you leverage it to increase SEO. The client’s Facebook

Pre-Op Instructions
1. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting
clothing to your appointment. If
you wear something with long
sleeves, make sure it fits you
loosely enough that the sleeves
can be rolled up. No flip flops.
2. Eat a light meal, and get a good
night’s sleep the night before
surgery.
3. If you are opting for general
anesthesia or intravenous
sedation, do not eat or drink
anything 6-8 hours prior to your
appointment and make sure you
have an adult present to escort
you home.
4. Clean your mouth and teeth well
prior to surgery to help prevent
infection.
Please inform the office if you
have any of the following:
• Food allergies, specifically to eggs or
soy.
• Active Asthma-have you used an inhaler
in the past 30 days?
• Heart Condition.
• Blood Disorder.
• Breathing Difficulties.
• If you have any of the above, you may
need a consent from your doctor.
ORAL SURGERY & IV SEDATION POLICY
• The patient must have clear breathing passages.
• Please contact the IV Sedation manager if the patient develops a fever,
cough or congestion.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
• Oral Surgery/IV Sedation dental appointments MUST be confirmed 72 hours
prior to the appointment.
• Please be sure that a working phone number is in our files in order to call
and confirm the appointment.
• If an appointment is not confirmed 72 hours prior, the appointment will be
removed from the schedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If an Oral Surgery/IV Sedation appointment must be cancelled, a 72-hour
notice is required.
• Due to the high demand for these appoinments, patients who do not provide
a 72-hour cancellation notice will not be rescheduled.
PRE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
• All Medicaid insurances require a pre authorization for Oral Surgery/IV
Sedation.
• Once the patient is referred for Oral Surgery/IV Sedation a pre authorization
will be submitted to his or her insurance for approval.
• This process can take up to 4 weeks.
• Once approval is given, you will receive a call to schedule the appointment.
All traditional/PPO insurance will be called to receive an estimate of your out-
of-pocket expense.
