3. Idea of Project
 Feel uncomfortable to give away an order
 Stranger’s feels challenging to select a meal or find some discounted
offers
 Young and socially connect people often desire their social status to
be updated, when they eat food from some branded franchise.
 Restaurants aims to increase the comfort level of their customers
 The object is to provide customer a social experience and an ice
breaker for the new customer

4. Scope of Project
 The goal is to make a USP in the market place
 Give customer a reason to visit
 An eye catching product for the customer
 Restaurant to increase it productivity, quality
 Projects like these will earn maximum revenue
 Restaurants will be giving any sum of money for the project due to its
uniqueness and having no competition in market

5. Need Finding
 Interview with the team and with some friends
 Customers will get the food once they have paid the bill.
 Customer have the rights to make their food according to
their own taste
 If the user is making his own food or giving extra topping
he should be aware of the cost before paying the bill via
any mode
 If there are some special discounts the customer should
also be aware of it and it should be provided before he
pays for the food.

6. Need Finding
 Once the order has been placed a counter clock will be started
 The system should have links to social media where the customer can
update their profile with status or tweets and share their moments
with friends and family
 If there are any discounted offers or deals that should be on the main
menu.
 Once the customer has ate the food the system should provide a
feedback form.

The system should prompt a food recommendation

new user don’t end up with giving an order he dislike
after.
While giving the bill via credit card the user may hesitate
to give his personal sensitive information
Control and Freedom The system should provide the user a license or any kind of
document so that the end user is satisficed and is willing to give
his sensitive information with no worries
