2. EACH TIME WE HAD FINISHED OUR TRAILER, WE HAD TO
GIVE EACH OTHER FEEDBACK ON HOW TO MAKE OUR
TRAILER WORK MUCH BETTER AND DEVELOP THE
CONVENTIONS TO MEET THE GENRE FURTHER. WE HAVE
GAINED VERY USEFUL OPINIONS WHICH HAD HELPED US
WITH THE CONS OF THE TRAILER AND TO HAVE FIXED THE
PROBLEMS THAT WERE FOUND WHEN WATCHING THEM.
3. FEEDBACK

ONCE WE COMPLETED THE FIRST DRAFT OF OUR TRAILER, WE HAD A
SESSION WHERE WE DISCUSS OUR OPINIONS AND FEEDBACK TO EACH
OTHER’S TRAILERS THAT WE HAVE WATCHED. WE HAVE VOCAL FEEDBACK
AS WELL AS WRITTEN FEEDBACK. OUR TRAILER RECEIVED QUITE A LOT OF
BENEFITS ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE TRAILER AS WELL AS TRYING TO EDIT
TRANSITIONS ON. THE THINGS THAT HAD GONE WELL IS THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE STORYLINE AND NARRATIVE. THE TRAILER COULD
BE UNDERSTOOD BY THE MAJORITY INCLUDING OUR OWN TARGET
AUDIENCE.
DESPITE THIS, STOCK CHARACTERS COULD BE IMPROVED A LITTLE MORE
SINCE IT WAS HARD TO TELL WHICH CHARACTER WAS WHICH. WE MUST
DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN, FOR EXAMPLE, WHO IS THE JOCK AND WHO IS
THE FINAL GIRL WHICH MAY LINK TO THE SECOND FEEDBACK WHERE THE
TRAILER MAY NOT APPEAL TO THE TARGET AUDIENCE. THIS FEEDBACK
HAD GIVEN US MANY NEW IDEAS ON HOW TO DEVELOP OUR TRAILER
FURTHER INTO CREATING THE SECOND DRAFT OF THE TRAILER. NOT
ONLY THAT, THE TITLES AND TRANSITIONS ARE TO BE IMPROVED
OTHERWISE THE TRAILER WOULD NOT FLOW VERY WELL THROUGHOUT.
4. FEEDBACK
2THIS WRITTEN FEEDBACK HAD GIVEN US WHAT WENT
WELL AND WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED IN A FORM OF
A SCALE. IT VAGUELY GIVES MUCH DETAIL ON HOW
TO FULLY IMPROVE IT BUT IT POINTS OUT THE MAIN
FACTORS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE BIG PROBLEMS
THAT NEED TO BE FIXED.
ACCORDING TO THESE RESULTS, MOST PEOPLE
UNDERSTAND THE PLOT AND NARRATIVE THAT HAD
BEEN SHOWN TO THEM, NOT ONLY THAT THEY
BELIEVE THAT THE TRAILER CLEARLY MEETS UP TO
THE CONVENTIONS OF THE GENRE. HOWEVER, WHAT
MUST BE MET IS IF THE TRAILER MEETS WITH THE
TARGET AUDIENCE. ALTHOUGH THE STOCK
CHARACTERS ARE TEENS, IT COULD STILL APPEAL TO
OTHERS BEYOND THE TARGET AUDIENCE WHICH IS
THE YOUTH. WE STILL HAVE IMPROVEMENT TO BE
MADE IF WE WISH TO APPEAL TO THE AUDIENCE AND
TO GET THEM TO WATCH THE FILM. THE
PROMOTIONAL PACK MUST HELP BOOST THIS CON IN
ORDER TO ACHIEVE THIS.
5. THIS FEEDBACK REPRESENTS HOW WELL WE DID
WITH THE CONVENTIONS USED WHICH IS ALSO
IN THE FORM OF A SCALE. THIS INCLUDES
EDITING SOUND AND SHOOTING. THESE
RESULTS STATE THAT WE HAVE MAINLY
SUCCEEDED USING THE SHOOTING MATERIAL
DUE TO THE DIVERSE AND VARIETY OF CAMERA
ANGLES AND LIGHTING IN OUR TRAILER, THE
MISE-EN-SCENE WAS MOST EFFICIENT WITH IT
FITTING EACH SCENE THAT THE CHARACTERS
WERE IN. THE EDITING WAS AT AN ACCEPTABLE
RATE YET THERE WERE STILL SOME PARTS THAT
NEEDED TO BE FIXED. HOWEVER, THE SOUND IS
WHERE THE IMPROVEMENT MUST BE DONE. THE
SOUNDTRACK WAS APPROPRIATE AND
PROFICIENT, HOWEVER, THE BEGINNING OF THE
TRAILER LACKED SOUND WITHIN THE
BACKGROUND THEREFORE THAT MUST BE
FIXED.

AFTER WE HAD SHOWN OUR TRAILER
TO OUR TARGET AUDIENCE, WE HAD
GIVEN THEM A SURVEY MONKEY TO
GIVE THEIR OPINIONS AND THOUGHTS
ON WHAT THEY HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT
THE TRAILER. ACCORDING TO THESE
RESULTS, A MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE
WHO HAVE WATCHED THE TRAILER ARE
MALE. THIS SHOWS THAT WE HAVE MET
WITH THE TARGET AUIDENCE BEING
MALE ALONG WITH ALSO GETTING THE
ATTENTION OF THOSE WHO ARE
FEMALE. WE MAY HAVE TRYING TO
APPEAL TO THE MALE AUDIENCE, BUT
WE HAVE ALSO MANAGED TO APPEAL O
THE FEMALE AUDIENCE TOO.
