Copy writing: wording of advertisement Artwork: what should be the creative stuffs to be added to make ad look attractive Production of ad: they mainly do the production of the ad Media planning: they select the medium for displaying the ad Research : they undertake market research so as to understand where the ads can be presented so as to get maximum market reach Product Analysis: they develop product design, labelling, styling, packaging etc. Accounts functions: here the accounts functions deals with the client. These people bring the clients for the agency Management and Finance: they look after managing the accounts i.e. clients, finance management etc Other functions: PR etc.
  3. Turnover: employee working in department like copywriting, account managers, art directors leave the agency on a frequent basis as other agency take the company existing clients. So it a problem for HR to retain these employees and they have a task to increase employee satisfaction, so that fewer employees leave the agency Developing Talent: here comes the need to provide on the job training and job rotating work assgns to employee so that they get expertise in the area hence becomes a challenge sometimes for the HR Finding Talent: finding the right person on the job is quite a challenge as the demand for people are there but there is not a right person with the skills required that will be fir for the job Workforce Planning: Balacing the work load againt the needed manpower planning. When an client drops the agency the HR as well as the senior managers have to plan to eliminate or redesign certain positions to meet future demands.
  4. 90% of consumers watching online or mobile video at least weekly. As a result, video advertising is expected to continue to grow. Advertising run when we see videos online. A study found has seen value in brands engaging with personalized advertising and offers.
