MANAGER RENAL PROGRAM
Managed a $5 million program with a staff of 30 comprised of clinical, technical, and support personnel.
• Reviewed and analyzed all program data and statistics to determine opportunities for efficiencies and
increased revenues.
• Analyzed program revenue and identified a $300K discrepancy between recognized and potential
revenue through the new QBP funding formula.
SUNNYBROOK HEALTH SCIENCES CENTRE 2013 (contract)
MANAGER - DIALYSIS UNIT
Managed a $9 million program with a staff of over 100 comprised of clinical, technical, and support
personnel.
• Oversaw the collection and submission of program data and statistics and analyze to determine
opportunities for efficiencies or increased revenues which resulted in savings of $40k in supply costs.
• Key team member for the successful functional planning of a major capital expansion project.
WILLIAM OSLER HEALTH CENTRE 2009 – 2013
REGIONAL CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE COORDINATOR (2011 – 2013)
Worked in collaboration with the Regional Director to plan and implement all program based and Ontario
Renal Network initiatives.
• Managed the planning, coordination and implementation of all new program expansion projects.
• Developed new business proposals and submitted to the Regional Director for review and sign off.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the Home Hemodialysis program including the development of
various requests for proposals for capital equipment.
• Implemented the patient based funding data collection system which allowed program to forecast and
plan activity based on new funding methodology.
MANAGER DIALYSIS PROGRAM (2009 – 2011)
Managed a $15 million multi site program with a staff of 110 comprised of clinical, technical, and support
personnel.
• Oversaw and analyzed the collection of program data and statistics to determine opportunities for
efficiencies or increased revenues.
• Oversaw team of technologists and ensured over 100 pieces of equipment were maintained according
to manufacturer and CSA guidelines .
• Oversaw the implementation of a program wide information system that allowed the transition to
paperless documentation.

PROGRAM MANAGER REGIONAL RENAL PROGRAM (2003 – 2008)
Managed a $15 million multi site program with a staff of 85 comprised of clinical, technical, and support
personnel.
• Key member of the leadership team that within 8 months planned, designed, and implemented a multi
site regional program from the ground up both on budget and ahead of ministry timelines.
• Collaborated with architects, engineers and hospital planning teams to plan, develop and implement 4
major capital development projects including 2 new hospitals.
• Successfully forecasted and achieved budgets for a program that was growing at over three times the
national average each year.
