Process of Assessment<br />Development of concept paper<br />Identification of the assessment tool – organizing framework for functional M&E system <br />Desk review relevant materials and documents<br />Stakeholders workshop where 12 components assessment tool completed<br />Work plan to address identified weaknesses developed<br />Results shared with relevant stakeholders<br />
  5. 5. The M&E Assessment Cycle<br />1. Assess M&E System – Periodically through a multi-stakeholder workshop<br />4. Follow up – Day to day follow up, Regular reviews linking investments in M&E to improvements in the M&E system. <br />2. Develop/review M&E plan/ work plan – Should include measures to address identified gaps & show partners role & contribution<br />3.
