Responsible for Finance & Accounts related functions of the Organization
Term Borrowings & Trade Finance: Hands on experience in dealing with Banks
and Financial Institutions for raising finance for Project Finance, cash flow and
working capital management.
Preparation of proposals, including CMA Data(under senior’s guidance) for
arranging loans from Banks & Institutions. Preparing Bank Proposal for Limit
Enhancement, Foreign Remittances, Bank Guarantees, working knowledge of
Letters of Credit, Buyers/Suppliers Credit, Bills discounting facilities and other
credit facilities. Preparation of MIS reports, analysis and coordination with
various outsourced agencies, banks. Familiar with legal documentation pertaining
to various credit facilities sanctioned.
Acquainted with Foreign Exchange Transactions.
Accounting : Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet of the Company for
Management’s decision. TDS & Service Tax Payment.Interaction with the banks
