SUMMARY OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Glatter has experience in the Intelligence, Cyber, Training Projects, Weapons & Tactics
Community, Cyber Exercise Planner,and has located with Booz Allen Hamilton in U.S Air Forces
teams. He has a diverse background and experience of severalcommunities that provides support to the
Cyber Community. He has served the Cyber community by analyzing thousands of Cyber Targets, been
placed in severalleadership roles, produced documentation for processes and has built/refined Cyber
Training Courses. As a result, Mr. Glatter has gained knowledge of Cyber Weapons Systems and
experience in problem solving and changing the cyber community at different levels and organizations.
His experience expands outside of the Cyber Community with knowledge of Intelligence driven
operations, Weapons & Tactics roles and community responsibility, coordination and building of Military
Exercises, and the use of military processes. Mr. Glatter is currently supporting the Exercise Flight as
an Exercise Planner and coordinating multiple exerciseson providing adequate representativesfor a
successful training environment.
PAST EXPERIENCE:
CYBER EXERCISE PLANNER, BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON (MAR/2016 – DEC/2016)
 Worked with and represented Cyber Protection Teams (CPT); made decisions at Exercise
Planning Conferences, Exercise Execution, and After Action Reports (AAR) dealing with CPT’s
functionality.
 Lead Exercise Planner for Black Demon 2017 (BD17); lead the organization and coordination of
an exercise that assessed 2 CPTs and all Squads associated, which added up to 80+ people trained
and assessed over a week-long exercise
 Built BD17 Exercise around CPT training needs in a Secure Stage; first exercise to accommodate
training needs of the CPTs based on their Training Objectives as directed in the Training &
Readiness (T&R) Manual
 Built White Cells in Red Flag (RF) 16-3 and BD17; this allowed for an assessment of 3 CPTs
towards their Fully Operation Capable (FOC) requirements that is directed by United States
Congress.
 Coordinated with 100 + people in the ACC, 24 AF, and severalsubordinate Units; on creating
Cyber Exercises for BD17, RF 16-3, and RF 17-1, which represented the CPTs and their needs
for the exercise based on their capabilities.
