Brief : - It is one of the leading Transfer Agency in UK working for more than 38 open ended
Mutual Fund Companies, Close Ended Funds, Institutional Funds and is an administrator of the
Funds of Funds.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Handling a team of 15 team members. Major responsibilities are controlling over the
volume of different work types. I.e. financial & non-financial processing like fund
settlement, placing deal of purchasing, repurchasing or fund transfer by proper allocation
of work within the given deadlines. Maintaining SLA for the fund settlement volumes.
• Conduct performance appraisals annually.
• Maintain current employee records on direct reports.
• Review CMS (Claim Status Request) statistics on a daily basis and provide constructive
feedback.
• Ensure training needs of subordinates are met.
• Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of
Operations Manager.

• Hold team meetings on a regular basis with direct reports.

• Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group, including

I have played key role in new business transition from UK to India
• September 2012 migrated the project In Transfer Agency .i.e Investor services solution.
Investor Service Solutions: - For this process I visited to LONDON (UK) office to migrate this
process.
• Investor Services team provide resolution to client for their investment query.
• Also provide the details on fund performance, Valuation, Mergers, Company Takeover &
allotment of share, Bones Issue all this satisfactory information team provide to client.
• Investor services team do the AML verification for client and do the KYC check.
• Preparing reports on daily and monthly basis about the total changes in Net Asset Value
(NAV).
