payments. Preparation of periodical Creditors List and Authorization of Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
Budgets: Preparation of MIS i.e. Monthly/Quarterly P&L, reports of Production, Purchases, Sales, Age wise
Debtors and Creditors Reports. Preparation of Budgets for Sales, Material Procurement, Cash Budget for
Statutory & Vendor payments.
Taxation: Gained good experience in monitoring payments and filing of periodical statutory returns of
Income Tax, TDS, VAT/CST, Excise, Service Tax, Profession Tax, Cess and Corporate Affairs (ROC).
Exports/Imports: Monitoring Export Documentation for foreign shipments, Bill Discounting, liaison with
bankers till realizations & obtaining certificates (BRC). Opening & Payment of Letter of Credit
(Local/Import).
Procurement: Gained experience in evaluation of vendor quotes to release of POs, monitoring the delivery
of materials as per committed timelines for production schedules and management of vendors.
