CURRENT JOB PROFILE (PROJECT & MAINTENANCE)
 Maintenance and fault monitoring of DG Sets (1220KVA, 1010KVA, and
500KVA), Transformers (2000KVA), Switch gears, Chiller plant (300 ton), fire
fighting, Plumbing System, PA system, Elevator, VCB, ACB, MCCB.
 Maintain and responsible for daily Flash report, all log book report maintain.

2.  Responsible for vendor interaction/report, monthly HLP Report, daily report,
AMC renewal & order preparation for vendor.
 Responsible for handling all supervisor/Technician duty rosters, attendance.
 Maintain daily /monthly PMS Schedule for Banquet, Guest Floor, Public Area,
Plant room, L.T. unit, R.O. system, Daily water testing report, D.G. A check, B.
checks.
