Since May-2013 working with JSW Steel Ltd (Vijayanagar works) India’s 2nd largest steel Plant designated as Junior
Manager of mechanical group at Sinter Plant (Sinter M/c Area- 225m2 & Capacity 2.8 MTPA) & Sinter Plant Waste Heat
Recovery Boilers (2*15TPH & 1*45TPH).
Responsibilities:
 Preventive maintenance of Sinter Machine, Sinter Cooler, MND & all equipments, records maintenance.
 Prepare Shutdown job list, scheduling & execution with safety.
 Spares management for imported and Indian equipments.
 Break down maintenance and proper analysis (Pareto, criticality) of breakdown for avoiding repeatability.
 Implementing all safety initiatives like safety audit, contractor audit and Job cycle checks etc to achieve Zero
accident target.
 Monitoring of plant & people safety by applying work permits, protocols & PPEs.

Since Nov-2009 till Apr-2013 with Maharashtra Enviro Power Ltd. (SMS Infrastructure Ltd.) to install, commissioned
and operate Electric Arc Furnace (PGVR) with PLASMA TECHNOLOGY (MARC-3A Plasma Torches-300 KW) based
incineration of chemical hazardous waste disposal facility of capacity 3MTPH and generates 3MWH of Power (Waste-to-
Energy) using Waste Heat Recovery Boiler.
Accomplishments:
 Maintenance of Plasma Gasification & Vetrification Reactor (Electric Arc Furnace) of capacity 72 TPD.
 Operation & maintenance of MARC 3A Plasma Torches (Westinghouse Plasma Corp., USA) of capacity 300KW.
 Maintenance of Hydraulic Auto Waste Feed System.
 Operation & Maintenance of utilities i.e cooling towers, pumps, compressors, Blowers, Fans, chillers etc
 Operation & maintenance of WET Electrostatic Precipitator (WET ESP) rating of 35 KV& 1600 mAmp.
