Beth Redmond Walsh worked at Co-op Power as an Energy Coach for about 2 years. I was her
direct supervisor for approximately one of those years. During the time that I worked with Beth
both as a coworker and a supervisor, I have greatly appreciated her passion for her work and her
desire to help the company, her customers, and promote environmental and economic
stewardship for the world. Beth performed diverse, and nuanced job functions in her position at
Co-op Power. It required a combination of great interpersonal, technical, organizational, and
outreach skills.
Beth takes great pride in ensuring that she is providing thorough, and accurate customer service.
She is certain to ask others questions about information that she doesn’t know so that she can
feel confident that she is doing her job well. Many of our customers have gone out of their way
to report to me how much they have appreciated Beth’s support through the complicated process
of receiving energy efficiency work.
Not only does Beth have many great qualities regarding work ethic and skill but she also has
been a great team member. She is easy to get along with, isn’t afraid to present new ideas on
how things can get done, and in general has interesting thoughts and experiences in life which
contribute to promoting a dynamic workplace. She has also been patient and understanding of
many of the challenges within our business.
